Cheffaro Ayam Penyet Paste 200g Perapan Ayam Penyet / 印尼炸鸡

Ingredients: Salt, Turmeric, Vegetable Oil (Palm Oil), Monosodium Glutamate (E621), Galangal, Coriander Seed, Onion, Ginger, Cumin Seed, White Pepper, Lemongrass, Cloves, Garlic, Sodium Benzoate (E211).

Contains dried shrimp and is manufactured in a facility that may process products that contain candle nut and peanut.
No added artificial colouring

Cooking Instructions:
1. Marinate 1.5kg - 2kg of chicken pieces with 1 packet of Cheffaro Ayam Penyet Paste for 3hours. For richer flavor, marinate it overnight.
2. Place the marinated chicken into 1 litre of boiling water and cook for 30 minutes.
3. To make the crispy batter, keep the remaining boiled marinade aside and refer to serving suggestion below.
4. Deep-fry the marinated chicken with medium heat until crispy golden yellow. Ready to serve.

Mix the remaining boiled marinade (in step 2) with wheat flavour to a batter and deep fry until crispy golden yellow . Serve the crispy batter with your Indonesian SMASHED Fried Chicken.

Storage Store in a cool, dry  place and away from direct sunlight and heat. Refrigerate after opening.
