材料 :
首乌,黑豆,枸杞子,龙眼肉,淮山,平片,红枣,党参
煮法 :
1.汤料用水冲洗干净后，加入适量的清水放入锅。
2.放入洗干净的肉后, 大火煮开及撇去上面的浮沫。
3.然后加上盖子,关小火慢煲一到两个小时。
4.煮好之后加盐调味, 煮滚后即可食用。
PREP:
1. Rinse all herbs. Pour all the soup ingredients into pot.
2. Add water, bring to boil and then simmer for 1 - 2 hours.
3. Add salt or soya sauce as desired.
